Hamamatsu Festival Hall

Virtually experience the festive spirit of the Hamamatsu Festival, famous for its kite flying, through realistic video and sound, a display room where the large kites and gorgeous floats are displayed, an area for making the actual kite string used, HDTV and others.
Kite making lessons are offered to parents and children on the 2nd and 4th Sundays monthly. Kites can also be flown.
